Loan officer careers

Florida Mortgage Pros LLC, NMLS #1688623, is adding licensed loan originators focused on Texas FHA lending. If you know FHA and treat borrowers straight, we'd like to talk.

Open role: FHA Loan Officer (Texas)- "PENDED"

You'll work inbound FHA purchase and refinance inquiries from Texas borrowers, structure files that actually close, and own the borrower relationship from first call through funding. This is an FHA-heavy desk: purchase, rate-and-term, streamline, cash-out, and 203(k) renovation.

Competitive commission splits

Transparent pricing and splits, with no hidden desk fees or lead buy-back schemes.

Texas FHA lead flow

Inbound inquiries from a site built for FHA search intent across all 254 counties.

Real processing support

Experienced processing and disclosure help so you can stay in front of borrowers.

Remote-friendly

Work from anywhere in Texas as long as your licensing and compliance stay current.

What we're looking for

  • Active NMLS MLO license, or eligibility to be licensed in Texas
  • Working knowledge of FHA purchase, refinance, streamline, and 203(k) guidelines
  • Comfort quoting taxes, insurance, and MIP accurately the first time
  • Clear, prompt communication with borrowers, agents, and processing
  • Clean compliance record and a consultative, no-pressure sales approach

How to apply

Send us a note with your NMLS ID and a short summary of your FHA production. You can also email info@texasfhamortgage.com or call 877-873-5684 during Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm CST.
